Returning. Crummy remote, doesn't work like the apple one and feels sharp and clunky in your hand.
This remote makes using Apple TV less complicated with simple buttons and arrows, WITH NO SWIPING! Game changer.
Good alternative/supplement to the Apple TV controller. Good feature that it can co-exist with the Apple remote as there are advantages to both. 4 stars as the Function controller doesn't do everything.
Very easy to set up. When I got stuck at one last step sent an email to customer support which was answered in a matter of minutes by a phone call. Product works great on my LG tv which is 5 years old as well as Apple TV
It works but still hard to use. Not an intuitively obvious interface with the Apple TV. Went back to using the Siri remote.
Nothing. The unit lacks certain functionalities of the AppleTV remote and was incapable of controlling volume properly.
